Registration Form Each site must have a registration form and deposit made in order to be added to the Spanish 4 Tykes/Tweens roster.
Sponsor Registration Each ad must have an associated registration form and all ads will be submitted to the graphic designer in .JPEG format. Any other format will not be accepted.
Payment Please remit payment by Cash or Money Orders payable to: DiLan Designs LLC. Full payment must be received 2 weeks prior to the first day of the session. There are NO REFUNDS for payments received for Spanish 4 Tykes/Tweens sessions unless DiLan Designs, LLC cancels the entire session..
Enrollment Confirmation If a deposit or full payment has been made and received, you will receive a confirmation email or telephone call with the dates in which your site has been enrolled, prior to the first class of the session. If you do not receive an email and you have any questions, email Spanish4tykes@dilandesigns.com.
Ad Modifications DiLan Designs, LLC does not guarantee how the ads are arranged in the workbooks or on the activity sheets. All ads will be arranged as they are received on a first come, first served basis. If you would like your ad first or last, there is a fee associated. Contact our graphic designer for further information. Modifications can be made to an ad, after it has been submitted, providing that the Look & Learn Workbooks or activity sheets for the session have not been sent for printing. Be sure you actually speak with the graphic designer to notify of any modifications. Voice mail messages that contain modification information will not be accepted. The payment received for the ad is non-refundable. 
Pre-Registration Each session has 10-15 seats available. In order to secure the class dates you request, a non-refundable $100.00 deposit is required per site (day care center or school). Contact us for additional information on making the deposit payment.
Class Availability
DiLan Designs, LLC cannot guarantee class availability. All classes are available on a first come, first served basis. To secure a slot for your tykes/tweens, a $100.00 non-refundable deposit (Level 1, 2, and 3 Tykes/Tweens) is required prior to the first class of your session. If class is in session and your tyke/tween misses a class, they are able to make up the missed class, providing there is space in another class. If there is not space available in another class, we are not responsible for providing a make-up class.
Registration Level 1: The session fees vary according to your site. Contact us for additional information. The fee may include: the cost of registration, 30 minute Parent/Child classes, text book, and Parent/Child Activity Calendar. Level 2&3: The session fees vary according to your site. This fee includes: the cost of registration and 30 minute Parent/Child classes. For multiple siblings, we have a special rate. Call us for details.
(Note to Parents: The ability of your tyke/tween to learn and retain the information provided in our session is greater when you review the learned material and continue what was learned in class at home. Hence, the format of some of our sessions can be Parent/Child. However, since many of the classes are held during after-care, the activity sheets will serve as a valuable tool to continue reviewing at home.)
